We offer pan-India shipping across all serviceable pin codes. Whether you’re in a bustling city or a quiet town, we’re committed to reaching you.



 

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation.
  • Custom, hand-finished, or pre-order pieces may require additional time — any such delays will be clearly communicated on the product page.

 


 

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Non-Metro Locations: 6–10 business days


Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to holidays, strikes, adverse weather, or logistical delays beyond our control.



 

Shipping Partner

We exclusively ship through trusted and reliable logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email to follow your order’s journey. You can also track it on our Delivery Partner's portal.



 

Shipping & COD Policy

  • Prepaid Orders:
    • Free shipping on all orders
  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    • Free shipping on all orders
    • COD orders may be verified via call or whatsapp before dispatch 

 



 

Missed Deliveries

  • The courier will attempt delivery up to three times.
  • If undelivered after all attempts, your order will be marked Return to Origin (RTO).
  • Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.

 


 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are accurate at the time of placing the order. Sarasvini will not be responsible for undelivered or misrouted parcels due to incorrect information.

 

 


 

Important Delivery Guidelines

To ensure smooth and secure delivery:

  • Do not accept the package if it appears tampered, opened, or damaged
  • Do not share the OTP with the delivery agent until the parcel is physically received
